• 2025/09: Our paper “Integrated operation of ride-hailing and shared micromobility services in multimodal transportation networks with public transit: The unintended consequences of regulations” was accepted by Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies.
• 2025/01: I joined the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a Research Assistant Professor.
• 2024/10: I successfully defended my doctoral thesis, entitled ‘Regulating shared mobility services and transportation network companies: from efficiency to equity’.
• 2024/08: Our paper “Synergizing shared micromobility and public transit towards an equitable multimodal transportation network” was accepted by Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice.
• 2024/07: I was granted the HKUST RedBird Academic Excellence Award in the 2023-2024 Academic year by the HKUST Fok Ying Tung Graduate School.
• 2024/05: I started my research visit at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of California, Berkeley, hosted by Prof. Kameshwar Poolla.
• 2024/03: Our paper “Regulating For-Hire Autonomous Vehicles for An Equitable Multimodal Transportation Network” was accepted by Transportation Research Part B: Methodological.
• 2024/02: Our paper “Regulating Transportation Network Companies with a Mixture of Autonomous Vehicles and For-Hire Human Drivers” was accepted by Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice.
• 2024/01: I presented our work “Evaluating the equity impacts of shared micromobility in multimodal transportation networks” in 103rd Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting in Washington DC, US.
• 2024/01: I was granted the Overseas Research Award by the HKUST Fok Ying Tung Graduate School for my research visit at University of California, Berkeley.
• 2024/01: Our paper “Charging Autonomous Electric Vehicle Fleet for Mobility-on-Demand Services: Plug in or Swap out?” was accepted by Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies.
